A personal licence to access one country's roadmap. You're paying for access to the content, not buying the content itself — we keep ownership of it.

The licence is for one person: you. It isn't transferable, and it isn't a subscription — there's nothing recurring to cancel.

Paid roadmaps are confidential. Please don't copy, forward, publish, post, resell or otherwise distribute them — including screenshots, PDFs, or reposting the content in groups, channels or on social media.

Each unlocked roadmap shows the email address it's licensed to, so a shared copy can be traced back to the account it came from. If content is redistributed we may withdraw access without a refund.

Using it yourself is entirely fine — read it, print it, take notes, refer back to it as often as you like.

Our roadmaps are built from the experience of doctors who have actually made the move — people who sat the exams, filed the paperwork and got registered in the country concerned. We combine what they tell us with the published requirements of the relevant authorities.

That makes the roadmaps practical in a way official guidance often isn't. It also means parts of them reflect individual experience, and yours may differ.

The MedBay is a study aid. It is not medical, legal, immigration or careers advice, and we're not acting as your adviser or agent.

The medical council, licensing authority and immigration service of each country are the only authorities on their own processes. Their requirements, fees and timelines change, sometimes at short notice. Always check the official source before you book an exam, pay a fee, or make a decision that matters.

We put real work into keeping the roadmaps accurate, but we can't guarantee they're complete, current or error-free.

Buying a roadmap doesn't guarantee any outcome. It won't get you registration, a visa, a training post or a job — those decisions belong to regulators and employers, not to us.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the roadmap. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Roadmaps unlock immediately on payment, so they're generally non-refundable once unlocked. If something has gone wrong — you were charged twice, the content didn't unlock, or it isn't what was described — email us at hello@themedbay.com and we'll put it right.

This doesn't affect any refund rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Access is tied to your email address. Sign in from any device with a link sent to that address and your unlocked roadmaps travel with you.

We intend to keep purchased roadmaps available indefinitely. If we ever had to discontinue one, we'd tell buyers first.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top shows the last revision, and material changes will be flagged to anyone with an account.
